People without health insurance. Basic course

In your consulting work, you frequently encounter people who have problems with their health insurance or aren't insured at all. You've heard of family insurance, you know roughly that self-employed people are often privately insured, and at the same time you realize: the system is opaque and difficult to grasp in everyday life.
This 2.5-hour hands-on introduction provides you with a structured overview. You'll learn why, despite mandatory health insurance, there are people without it in Germany, and what typical paths lead to this lack of coverage. Practical examples will illustrate where you, as a professional, can quickly provide support and where the system's limitations lie.
Uninsured - Deep Dive

In this two-day intensive training course, we will teach the basics of the German health insurance system and examine in detail why certain groups (people from third countries, EU and EEA countries, and Germans in special case constellations) sometimes do not have access to health insurance.
The training combines theoretical knowledge with practical recommendations for action, enabling participants to provide competent advice and recognize scope for action upon completion.
Health Care in Germany

This course provides a practical introduction to the German health insurance system for people who are planning to move to Germany.
We explain how public and private health insurance work, highlight key differences, and clarify common misconceptions.
Participants will learn what incoming insurance is and whether it counts as prior coverage, which challenges may arise for people over 55 or with chronic health conditions, and how access to health insurance depends on residence status.
The course focuses on real-life scenarios and helps participants understand their options, limits, and typical pitfalls before and after moving to Germany.
