Uninsured - Deep Dive
Intensive course in advising people without health insurance
Service Description
In this intensive training course, we will teach you the fundamentals of the German health insurance system and examine in detail why certain groups (people from third countries, EU and EEA countries, and Germans in specific circumstances) sometimes lack access to health insurance. A key focus is on the social welfare options and barriers for people without insurance coverage: - What steps can affected individuals take themselves? - How can social services provide support to facilitate access to regular healthcare coverage and care? - And what should be done if no insurance options are available? The training combines theoretical knowledge with practical recommendations, enabling participants to provide competent advice and identify available courses of action upon completion.
