Training courses

Our training courses explain in an easy-to-understand way how health insurance works in Germany – and why people remain uninsured despite mandatory insurance coverage. The focus is on practical case studies, options for providing advice, and a realistic assessment of the system's limitations.

We also offer courses for people planning to move to Germany. These courses provide a clear overview of the German health insurance system and help participants understand their options, responsibilities, and common challenges before and after arrival.
